Available for patients requiring examination, procedures, or initial consults preferred in person.

A 45 to 60 minute consultation is recommended for:

1) Any patients with more than one concern

2) New patients with significant medical history (ie on medication, known to specialists or other clinicians in team)

This is not a consultation, this is a script repeat service for appropriate requests.

Only for existing patients who have already seen Dr. Chili for an initial consultation. No script repeats will be issued if you have not been for a follow up in more than 6 months.

45 to 60 minute booking is required:

- for new patients

- for known patients with more than one concern / symptom

Recommendations:

- 45 - 60 minute consultations for new patients , or known patients with a new concern

- 30 minutes for follow ups , with no new concerns

New patients please select 45 to 60 minute consultation

- this is to ensure that we have enough time to discuss your needs and concerns, as well time for the doctor to be able to "meet you where you are" in terms of educational counselling around what the process may entail. This is individualised for every person.

Follow ups may be 30 minutes if no new issues / other concerns

House Call service is available for

- known patients (have seen Dr Chili previously)

- Not for urgent or emergency patients

This service depends on availability.

Additional family members/ patients can be seen for a charge of R450 each.

For areas further than 5km from Gardens:

- an additional charge of R300 for every 5 km distance
